German Motor Shop is a FULL SERVICE auto repair facility. We are experienced in every aspect of your car's operation. From engine rebuilding to adjusting the brakes and everything in between. We have the knowledge and experience to keep your car running in tip top condition.

MECHANICAL PROBLEMS

When it comes to mechanical issues there is NO ONE better at finding and fixing them at a reasonable cost. We are factory trained. We are 'OLD SCHOOL' plus XX years of experience. Not to boast but many of the local dealers call us for advice when they run into a problem their machines can't figure out.

You cannot beat "hands on" experience.

ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS

Same as the mechanical expertise we have decades of experience resolving those pesky electrical gremlins. We were one of the first independant auto repair shops to be trained and operate Boxch Electronic Fuel Injection test equipment and Sun machines in the analysis and diagnosis of electrical problems. We have a long history of finding the elusive electrical issues and fixing them. The new highly computerized systems present new and much more difficult challenges that even the best testers can't analyze. We can.

ENGINE REPAIRS

We can rebuild it. Our experience comes from passenger cars and the racing world. We have the trophies and respect from Formula V to Indy to Baja teams to prove it. When they ran into trouble they call Walter. Enough said.

TRANSMISSION

It seems like we're repeating ourselves but we've been at this for a long time. 55+ years to be exact and that's not adding multiple peoples experience. That the boss! If it's got wheels he's seen it and probably fixed it at one time. Transmissions are complex and sometimes a little tricky with all the springs, passages, bearings and pins. It takes someone with meticulous organizational skills and understanding to fix and/or rebuild automatic transmissions. Even standard transmissions can be interesting.

Look, the bottom line is we can fix it. We have the expertise and the experience. We are honest and hard working. We are a business but we're fair and friendly.
